Teamwhole Launches The New JS Series DTH Hammer

Changsha Tianhe Drilling(Teamwhole) is a global manufacturer of percussive rock drilling tools, has recently launched the JS series DTH hammer The new JS hammer is designed on the basic of widely investigation for drilling demand from clients.

The JS hammer 

1.More simple structure,smoothly matching for DTH hammer parts. will reduce the percentage for parts broke,especially for deep water well drillling,if  interruptions occur in deep-hole applications, requiring the hammer to be retrieved out of the hole for bit replacement.also will alleviate such costly down time by elimination of the plastic bit component that is susceptible to breakage.

2.JS DTH hammer structure is designed with high impact frequency,about 10-20% drilling penetration faster than Teamwhole before model TH series hammer.

3. All the parts have been treated by special heat treatment and new technology. They have high hardness and good wear resistance, and their service life is prolonged by 30%-50% than before TH series model.

4. The piston structure is simpler. It adopts imported materials and the best heat treatment process, and the surface is more wear-resistant and the pressure drop is slower.Then can ensure the longer life for DTH hammer.

5.The impactor is designed with ultra-short structure. The impacting energy can be transmitted most effectively. The impacting power is large and the air consumption is small. The product saves 15%-25% oil.
